CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure I can provide the best possible experience and have the availability for all clients. I ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following cancellation policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made within the 72 hour window of your appointment will result in a fee of 25% of the service cost. Any cancellation or reschedule made within the 48 hour window of your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the service cost. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee or discussed in private to move forward. I understand completely that things come up & are out of our control. If you booked multiple services & the day of your appointment you want to only do 1 service & not the other one's you booked for your still responsible for covering 25% of the service cost. Appointment swaps that are done more then once are a S5 up-charge No shows will no longer be able to book with me for future appointments. All RETAINER FEE's when booked are Non-refundable & will be forfeited if you happen to not cancel / reschedule within grace window. The cancellation fee and a new retainer fee will need to be due to rebook a new appointment moving forward MUST DO AFTER YOUR BOOKING Please be advised that the consent form must be completed immediately after booking your appointment with GlossGenius. The form is automatically sent to your email text upon confirmation so make sure to always add a email when booking yourself on the GlossGenius. Immediately any appointments with incomplete consent forms within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to cancellation. This is due to important contraindications listed on the form that may affect your eligibility for the service. Completing the form in advance ensures your safety and helps us prepare properly for your treatment.
